Every piece from The Creame Luxury is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packed before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Time

India

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

International

  • Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery

Estimated Delivery Time
India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier service.


Customs & Duties

United States

For eligible orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are prepaid by The Creame Luxury (DDP). Your package is designed to arrive without additional customs charges at delivery.

Other International Destinations

Where Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service is available, duties and taxes are prepaid.

For destinations where DDP is unavailable, any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.


Returns

We hope you love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Show no signs of washing or damage

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for customers within India only, subject to product availability.

For international orders, we offer returns rather than exchanges.


Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

Products purchased at 40% off or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Our team will work promptly to make things right.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
